and Fort Hancock through the photographer’s eye. While in the
army, stationed in Hawaii, Bob’s interest in photography
developed, and Sandy Hook seemed like the perfect place to
continue his love of photography. Hillmann is a carpenter with the

Keepers Quarters.

Anthony Migliaccio
New
Jersey native Anthony Migliaccio began to draw and paint at an
early age. Like most landscape artists, Migliaccio is fascinated
by the outdoors, which helps him maintain the integrity of his
work while painting in the studio. Anthony is a recipient of a
Geraldine R. Dodge Fellowship and one of his paintings of Sandy
Hook was selected to hang in the offices of the EPA in the Ariel
Rios Building in Washington, DC.

Deborah Redden
Deborah Redden,
a lifetime resident of the Jersey Shore and an avid sailor, paints
on location. Over time she has changed from a traditional approach
in painting to a freer, more abstract style. She works to capture
the emotion of the scene in a spontaneous burst of color and brush
work which results in a unique expression of artistic energy. In
1999 Redden was recognized for her contribution to the arts by
Senate Majority Leader John O. Bennett. Deborah is a past
president of the Guild of Creative Art in Shrewsbury, New Jersey.
